Combined audience insights, business data and digital marketing to support the rebrand and strengthen visibility for downtown businesses.


1. Guiding the Rebrand
Used audience and search insights to support the transition from Queen Street Niagara to Downtown Niagara Falls.
The new identity positioned the area as a broader downtown destination.


2. Rebuilding thE Database
Cleaned and organized business records, corrected outdated information and collected missing details.
The updated database became the foundation for the new website and directory.


3. Driving Digital Visibility
Directed photo, video and business-focused content across the BIA’s website and social channels.
I guided the videographer and social media coordinator on featured businesses, content priorities and story direction.
